Milestone Northwest, LLC, a real estate development and general contracting company focused on single and multi-family development, was founded in 2004 by Greg Arms and Zuri Hector. Since its inception, Milestone has successfully completed and sold over 250 single and multifamily homes and completed the planning and development of 25 different projects with a combined value of over $200,000,000. Together with our team, we have built a wide range of residential projects including custom single – family homes, townhouses and a high – rise condominium.

Greg Arms

Mr. Arms has been in the real estate development business for 22 years.  After graduating from law school, he worked for Polygon Northwest in acquisitions and development for multi-family and single family projects.  During his tenure with Polygon, Mr. Arms was involved in the acquisition and development of over 3000 units of single family and multifamily product.  He left Polygon in 1997 and assumed the role of Area Partner/Vice President for JPI, a national real estate development company.  As the senior executive for the Northwest region, he was responsible for the development of over 1000 units of urban mixed-use and suburban apartments.  Upon leaving JPI, he joined Simpson Housing as Senior Vice President where he was responsible for building 1247 units of urban mixed-use, suburban apartments and condominiums.  Since 1997, Mr. Arms has overseen the construction and development of projects valued in excess of $450,000,000 in the greater Seattle area.

Zuri Hector

Mr. Hector’s professional involvement in the real estate, construction, and development industry has spanned 17 years.  He is a University of Southern California graduate in Business, (Real Estate Finance and Investment). Mr. Hector relocated to San Francisco after college, accepting a position as Real Estate Investment Analyst with Liquidity Fund Investment. He was responsible for conducting and compiling financial research used by various REITs to make investment decisions.  In 1995, Mr. Hector joined ISEC as Project Manager. ISEC is a commercial specialty contractor involved in the construction of large, publicly funded buildings. Responsibilities included management of various commercial, healthcare, education, and research laboratory projects at a value exceeding $3,000,000.  In 1997, Mr. Hector joined Simpson Housing Limited Partnership as a Development Manager responsible for managing the development and construction of over 1,151 units valued in excess of $200,000,000, which included urban mixed-use, suburban apartment, and condominium projects located in the Seattle area.
